Dan Erb

Dan is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality business, primarily in operations and project management, before having a 9-year stint as a manager in light manufacturing. Before joining the team, Dan already had a seat at the Big Table for many years – five years on the Big Table Board of Directors (including two as Board Chair) and many years as a devoted industry friend and generous supporter.

Dan is a proud WSU Cougar having earned his degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from there. He is married to his high school sweetheart Kathy, and they have 6 adult children and 6 grandchildren. Dan never misses a chance to catch up with friends, co-workers, former co-workers, and classmates. To relax, he enjoys spending time in his berry patches (blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry), traveling (car travel is preferred), performing occasionally in local theater productions, and singing in a Southern Gospel Quartet. He’s also been known to enjoy a piece of pie… or two.
