Bailey Oakley

Bailey is a Spokane native who knows firsthand the warmth and connection that make hospitality so special. She worked as a barista throughout college, where she fell in love with both the art and science of coffee—and even more so with the communities that gather around it. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is excited to serve the people who make the hospitality industry what it is.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Bailey outside, snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, or climbing. She and her husband, Jobe, also love chasing new landscapes and experiences across the country in their van, traveling abroad, and hosting dinners. Wherever people gather around a table, Bailey sees an opportunity to build community—and she loves being part of it.
