Big Table collects a variety of information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information from you through:

Big Table keeps data on staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, donors and those who visit our websites or social media.
If you are a staff member or volunteer, we use your data to:
- Help connect you with other staff and volunteers using your personal data;
- Keep you updated with news and prayers from Big Table;
- Keep you updated about Big Table work;
- Send you information about upcoming events, or to debrief you after them;
- Keep records of the programs and projects of our domestic and international work.
If you are a beneficiary, we use your data to:
- Provide services to you and your family member;
- Comply with government grant requirements and private funder requirements;
- Keep you updated about Big Table work;

If you are a donor, we use your data to:

- Keep you updated with news and prayers from Big Table;

The collection of personal data is done via your participation in receiving our services, through you providing this information directly or through government or church provision of this information; our websites when you log on, when you visit our social media sites, or when you sign up for our newsletter or one of our calls.
Big Table makes use of third-party suppliers to maintain and store our databases. A list of these suppliers is available on request. While we do not rent, share or sell your personal information to outside marketers, we may share personal information with:

Security
All personal data is encrypted and password protected. Credit Card information is not collected, stored, transmitted, or accessed by Big Table. As a further safeguard on employee computers, Big Table employs Windows security and Bit Defender as well as training to help protect against attacks from malicious files and software through a packet filtering firewall and host intrusion prevention. Big Table ensures that any personal data collected is only made accessible to employees and those who work on our behalf. We utilize personal data only for the purposes for which they are obtained, as listed above. However, no means of transmission of data over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic information storage, is absolutely secure. Should a data breach occur, Big Table has a robust plan in place to respond to the incident quickly. While we strive to protect your information in the various ways mentioned in this policy, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 who has provided her or his information to us, please contact us through one of the means listed below and we will seek to remove that information.

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this site. Any changes will become effective when posted unless indicated otherwise. Your continued voluntary use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy as modified.
