Light in the Darkness
Big Table was there with a helping hand when I was at my lowest. The organization’s generosity was a bright spot in an otherwise dark time.
Eric’s passion for the culinary industry was clear, but a sudden move across town to live with his father left him scrambling for work. Submitting application after application, he faced a challenging job search while trying to get settled in a new place. Our mission: to provide critical support, including a chef’s coat, work shoes, groceries, and an MTS pass to help him get around. With persistence and encouragement, Eric landed a great job and is now on track to move into an apartment of his own.
