I gave each of my children a U20 while on vacation and they got to pick out who they gave it to. My son gave it to a busser at a restaurant we ate at, and my daughter gave one to a hotel worker. What an incredible way to show kindness to others and a valuable lesson for my kids.

It was a rough night, and I couldn't believe that someone gave this envelope to their server to give to someone who had a rough day BOH. That was me - the worst day ever. But to then have that envelope given to me meant the world. People care and that is incredible.
