Nikila Atcheson

Born in Michigan and a proud Nashvillian for over 35 years, Nikila brings more than a decade of experience in administrative support and professional organizing to the Nashville care team, along with a degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University. She has a big heart for people and is excited to join the mission to serve hope in her community.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of four daughters and a devoted pet owner to three fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family—whether cooking new recipes for her crew (“The A-Team”), playing games, or exploring local trails—and caring for her growing collection of over 30 plants. On weekends, you’ll find her cheering on her daughters as their biggest fan, both on the soccer field and from the stands as a proud “flute mom.”
