Amanda Trostad

Amanda loves the uniqueness of people—discovering how we can be so different and yet so similar. There’s nothing like finding someone you can look at and say, “No way, me too!”

She’s spent more than 13 years working with middle schoolers and has experience with people of all ages. Most recently, she helped build a network of leaders across Colorado who are passionate about health equity. She’s excited to bring that experience and her love for people to Big Table.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Amanda hiking to a hammock spot with a good book, biking through the city, adding another pair of sunglasses to her collection, or winning at board games. She met her husband while paddleboarding, and the two love creating adventures with friends. At home, they’re both happily bossed around by one very spoiled cat named Benny.
