Jason Soto

Jason moved to San Diego in 2011 and has spent his career helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges. He finds a lot of purpose in building the systems that ensure people receive care with dignity and hope. Jason’s own connection to the industry goes back to a high school job at Roy Rogers, where he remembers the hard work of the kitchen and often heading home caked in fried chicken batter. Today, when he isn’t focused on care, Jason enjoys exploring new tech, playing PC games, and spending time with his family.
